Need help finding a replacement part

The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.

We need to replace the crank and want to replace the handle/cover and the piece that connects to the window. Can we get the part numbers?

Hello, I need to replace a right and a left Truth Entry Guard operator. I'd also like to replace the cranks and covers with folding cranks and covers if that is possible.

The spindle shaft of the crank mechanism of our Uniframe garden window has failed and will not re-engage. Company(Great Lakes Window) no longer carries the part.
