39-505 11-3/8" EntryGard Track, 4 Hole

I have a Windsor crank window. The window does not crank close. I am looking to replace this part in provided pictures that is between the handle and the crank. It looks like a metal washer or "c clamp" is broken. Are you able to provide this part without replacing the entire crank? Thank You! ... (cont.)

I can't see a manufacturer name on these windows and I have many that no longer function properly. Hopefully you can identify and have replacement stock. Thanks

Hello Swisco, I have a Truth EntryGard operator wheel which is getting bound up on the track holes. The wheel spins freely, but the edge of the wheel is chewed up. I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?

Have broken crank, the turn screw pops out when the crank is turned. I believe I need 39-217, window opens to the left, the single arm is roughly 8.5" long. I also have multiple cranks like this, would like to replace the front of them with 39-107FK, is this compatible?

Need help finding a replacement part

The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.

We need to replace the crank and want to replace the handle/cover and the piece that connects to the window. Can we get the part numbers?
