When I cranked the handle no longer catches to open or close the window.

I need replacement hardware for my window. Was able to see the words, Entry Gard Truth and the numbers L30841 and 20810. Please see attached photos.

Need to replace rusted out mounting to crank arm?

Hi i have a home full of 20yr-old Norco series D crank-casement windows. All have "Truth" single-arm mechanisms. The little "button/wheel' at the extent of the arms on very many of these windows - the button that inserts into guide the rail - falls out of position. Maddening. I am constantly having ... (cont.)

I just bought a number of the biege 14 1/2" tracks, and they are not going to work. This is a simpler track, with a cutout in the bottom to allow the operator "wheel" to snap in place. Four #7 screw holes, and not much else to distinguish it. I need a dozen or so. Thanks!

I am looking to replace 3 window arm operators. Please let me know if you have them, and how much each will cost. The info. on the arms reads as follows: R30842 - This one opens the window to the left I need one. 51538A - This one opens it to the right - I need two.

The primary concern is the nylon roller, which does not remain in the track and frequently pops out of the groove, especially halfway through opening. We find ourselves having to push it from the bottom to keep it on track, limiting us to opening the window only halfway.

I need window crank left side and the metal under window the long arm slides on.

Good morning. The window is located in a ocean community home so rusty is an issue. I need left hand and right hand operators, tracks and hinges. Hinges for top and bottom please. It's a bay window that still has the glass sealed. Amy help is appreciated

I have 2 casement windows, both about 20 years old, where the roller/bushing is popping out of the operator track when the arm is cranked out to approx. the center of the track. I have a Windsor crank window. The window does not crank close. I am looking to replace this part in provided pictures that is between the handle and the crank. It looks like a metal washer or "c clamp" is broken. Are you able to provide this part without replacing the entire crank? Thank You! ... (cont.)

Hello Swisco, I have a Truth EntryGard operator wheel which is getting bound up on the track holes. The wheel spins freely, but the edge of the wheel is chewed up. I'm guessing the wheel is no longer the correct diameter and that's what's causing it to get bound up. I see the wheel is riveted on t ... (cont.)

I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?

Have broken crank, the turn screw pops out when the crank is turned. I believe I need 39-217, window opens to the left, the single arm is roughly 8.5" long. I also have multiple cranks like this, would like to replace the front of them with 39-107FK, is this compatible?

Need two tracks for Norco casement window. Is the items that are attached to the window at the bottom. Look at the pictures and hopefully you can tell me which one you have that can be used. Thank you.
