I have several casement windows that need replacement operators. The attached picture is actually a previous customer of yours, but it is the same item that I need. My question concerns the replacement operator - does it include the part that attaches to the bottom of the window frame - I will call ... (cont.)

Our house was built in 1974. I believe these to be original windows. There is no marking on the class for a company brand. The crank handles say LTBEST. The back of the crank says P-234-DC. Some of the cranks don't open at all. Some are missing the part that the handle attaches. Some do open but it' ... (cont.)

I am looking for all the hardware for Lincoln casement window. The glass size is 20" x 42"

This hardware is different than the replacements that are in Home Depot or Lowe's The style of plastic clip, the thing that snaps into the rail that is on the casement sash What is square and two sides of that broke off, hopefully you can tell by the picture

I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?

I need a window track which will accommodate an offset single arm operator, part # 39-413. The diameter of the wheel at the end of the arm is 9/16. I previously purchased a channel guide (track) from you #39-504, however, the track is not wide enough.

I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. The one on the right the crank only opens the window, when I try and close it the gears won't catch. The window are over 25 years ... (cont.)

Please help me identify the operator

Trying to find replacement parts for this crank mechanism. The main problem is that the arms drop out of the track.
