Window wasn't opening or closing worn out teeth in the crank operator (inside) need a new kit like this

Hello, I need some help identifying this window crank. The arms are ~12" long. The handle assembly has some stripped parts in it that are preventing it from opening and closing properly.

When cranking open the windows the part that moves the window open and close while cranking,falls out of the slotted track on the bottom of the widows. And the crank is slow to respond-nearly two full turns before window begins to move. Do you have replacement parts? The part numbers are on top of t ... (cont.)

Ordered a 39-449 Operator and a 39-512 Track but there is no roller or slider at the end of the operator arm. What part do I need for this?

The small white plastic part is worn out so the ball that fits in the socket pops out. Can you provide a replacement part? Thank you very much!

Will Code 39-512 13-7/8 Awning Operator track work for a window track replacement. The screw placements and the track size work for my window but my concern is that the description states for an "awning".

I bought the 39-312 awning operator, but: Attached are pictures of original (brass) vs. plastic that was received. The plastic slider does not fit into the window track - it is too wide.
