I have a number of windows in my house that are all the same make and size (house built in 2003/2004) and the clips supporting the top window have started breaking. Do you have the springs that work with the 15-104 shoe. Hurd double hung windows - 30" sash height.

Window won't stay open. The turquoise plastic holders for tension springs cracked and broke off. Need to replace the plastic holders. Can you help find the parts? Thanks Bill

Need a replacement for a window installed new in 2002

This is a part for a double hung window. The side channels are plastic and when I push it aside the window tilts out. However, with it broken, the window is not supported by the spring and will not stay open. Can you help ? Please and thank you.

The white piece is 2.5 inches tall and .5x.5 inches wide. This piece is of the most importance to me. The coil piece is 25.5 inches tall 1/4 of an inch wide.

At the top end, the piece has a hook and engages in the balance spring in the sash, and the lower end has a small hole/port where the spindle of the window is inserted to provide the balance for the raising/lowering of the window ... This is also related to post d77871 this is a picture of the spring and the hardware which the window fits in. These windows are double hung but do not tilt. the spring is attached to the top of the window mount which is plastic. The coil slips over the top and the bottom is attached too the item in ... Dear Sir, The photos I've sent are from an identical setup on a working window. I broke the ivory colored plastic piece. These windows are probably 50 years old. I could find no markings on them. I'm looking for some assistance in locating the part or other solutions. Jerome Alt

Look for the plastic connector that connects the window spring to the metal post at the bottom sides of the wooden window. This connector is 1 13/16 " long and 1/2 " wide. The windows are the original wooden windows installed in 1993 and the only discernible marking on them is the MW on the locki ... (cont.)

Attached photos are from a Malta, double hung, vinyl, tilt window. In four of my windows, the pivot shoes have broken/fallen apart. Please help identify the part and suggest a replacement.
