I was referred to you by Crestline. One of my Crestline Windows does not stay up but slams shut. Here are the parts on the sash that I think might be the issue. I am looking for a part that connects onto the spring for my window. The hook end has snapped off and the window will no longer stay up because spring cannot be attached. You can see from the photo that the piece above is broken off. I believe it is an old anderson window from some of the markings ... (cont.)

These are plastic parts located on either side of window inside the window track. They hold the window to the spring. Without these parts, the window spring does not pull the window up. frank

I need a Spring Balance plastic bracket with hole to set the window in. It currently is broken - 37 inches high and 44 inches wide.

We have a number of failing balances "windows no longer stay up. I realize that JeldWen now owns Carodco windows and no longer have parts, I'm just looking for something that will work. Can someone identify this window part and do you have them? The only numbers I see on it are under U.S.Patent. Hard to see, but I think 3.466.806 (not entirely sure of the last 2 numbers). Looking for a replacement part for generic window. The part is a white plastic window pivot bar that attaches to the tension spring. The top part that attaches to the spring has broken off and the spring can no longer support the window.

The spring is 18.25 inches long .375 round. The spring appears to be ok but the truck is broken. the truck is .5 x .5 x 2.375

Window is tilt out with plastic/vinyl compressible track. The track houses an exposed elongated spring connected to the lower sash by one small screw on an L-shaped pin assembly. No labels/etching on window located.
