The door handle latch broke when it was being shot due to extreme cold

I am trying to replace the inside screen door handle see pictures. The 40-150 looks like it will work but its non locking. I will get the non locking if I have to. I've done a little repair work on the current one to get by. Thank You Ken

Our storm door latch has had a broken inner spring for a long time, causing the brass handle to sag downwards. Lawson storm door from lowes inside latch no lock in white

The screws in the handle are 2 inches apart. No markings. The finish has seen better days, but the main issue is that a spring coils around the inside of the handle and it has lost its elasticity and doesn't hold the handle up any more. Is there an easy replacement for it, or do I need to re-drill ... (cont.)

Need the inside handle for a Pella Astragal double screen door. Have the outside handle 1 3/4" spacing with a 5/16" spindle and the inside catch. Will the 40-150 work? Also missing the screws to attach them together. If you don't have then the size would be helpful. Thanks Frank
