Hi there! I'm in need of at least 8 Pivot Lock Shoes for Vinyl Windows made/sold by Thermaline Co. in Bellmore, NY over 20 years ago & are now (apparently) out of business. Or the OEM might've been Crystal Windows & Door Systems in Flushing, NY and Thermaline sold/marketed the windows under their o ... (cont.)

This is for the left side of the window. The balance popped out and I guess the spring sprung up. Will you be able to help me match what I need? Thank you

First of all, do you own the KK brand? If so, can you replace the plastic track pieces circled? One is broken such that cord can't attach. They are all too tight though and I wonder how that might happen and how I could fix it. Thanks!

Looking for pivot bar and balancer shoe

This metal part broke on a double hung window. Cannot identify the window maufacturer-there are no stickers, engravings, etc anywhere. Pictures show actual piece that is broken and pictures of how it is installed in the pivot lock. Channel measures about 1-1/4" wide. Any help identifying this part o ... (cont.)

Hello Swisco, I need to replace one balance shoe on my double-hung window, I think it's an American Craftsmen 70 series window or similar. Rough measurements are 1 3/4 inches across, 5/8 inch thick, 2 1/8 inches tall.
