Just bought this 2 family and most of the window do not stay open

Stamping on part is 23HD. Length: 24"; cross section is approximately 9/16" sq. The pictures show both ends of the removed balance that has a broken shoe and a picture of the other balance that is installed to show the full profile of the unbroken shoe.

I have a 29"x5/8" spiral balance with a purple end cap. I spoke with the order dept regarding availability as you do not show a purple end cap balance on your website. I have a broken part on my Atrium window which tilts in in order to clean it. I did not find a sticker except from American National Standards Institute with the following information series 3700, H-R50*-36X62.. I have a customer who needs both left and right side double-hung, tilt-in window balances replaced. The channel balance has "28C FB G51" stamped into it. The channel measures 1/2" on all three sides and is 28" long with a string & tackle assembly attached to a 15 1/4" spring.

The pivet bracket and sting need replacing.

window balances have failed. Top has a z shaped hook formed from sheet metal that clips to top rivet on balance and uses final fold in metal to hold hook on the rivet. 22F and 24F stamped on metal.I don't know if there is a better solution to trying to find exact replacement parts. Hello, I don't know the manufacturer of the window, but the window is about 25 years old. The balance on the right side broke. Also the pivot bar is loose and bent. I don't have any information (item number, window manufacturer, etc). This hold the pin and allows the window to be dropped out of casement for cleaning.
