I have a customer who needs both left and right side double-hung, tilt-in window balances replaced. The channel balance has "28C FB G51" stamped into it. The channel measures 1/2" on all three sides and is 28" long with a string & tackle assembly attached to a 15 1/4" spring.

The pivet bracket and sting need replacing.

Hello, I don't know the manufacturer of the window, but the window is about 25 years old. The balance on the right side broke. Also the pivot bar is loose and bent. I don't have any information (item number, window manufacturer, etc). This hold the pin and allows the window to be dropped out of casement for cleaning.
