I have Mastic windows I need two left side window spring balancers 2 left side spring balancers 4 screw plastic retainers

This is on a harvey window I need 2 of the white metal glides and one of the balance receiver. Also do you carry the plastic hoops for the screen

There's a number 14 C on it I don't know but the house like this I would need two of these for the windows whatever parts I need please let me know pay for them. You guys can send them out. Thank you.

Do you carry the shoes shown in the attached photos? The one shown is right side, looking out the window. I will need both left and right. Thanks, Scott

The first photo shows a working slide. The second shows the broken slide. The gray piece that holds the anchor for the spring balance is gone.

Home built in 1996 and windows are original. Didn't see exact match on your site so wanted to know viable substitute.

Just bought this 2 family and most of the window do not stay open

Stamping on part is 23HD. Length: 24"; cross section is approximately 9/16" sq. The pictures show both ends of the removed balance that has a broken shoe and a picture of the other balance that is installed to show the full profile of the unbroken shoe.

I have a 29"x5/8" spiral balance with a purple end cap. I spoke with the order dept regarding availability as you do not show a purple end cap balance on your website. I have a broken part on my Atrium window which tilts in in order to clean it. I did not find a sticker except from American National Standards Institute with the following information series 3700, H-R50*-36X62.. The only information I found on the inside frame of the window is 110W and 1852. The me ... (cont.)

1) Broken Top pic shows initial problem. When this broke, the channel fell and broke the cord inside the channel. This happened on two separate channels on two different windows. Can I drill a new hole just a little lower in the channel for the replacement? 2) I could not get the window clip out ... (cont.)

I have a customer who needs both left and right side double-hung, tilt-in window balances replaced. The channel balance has "28C FB G51" stamped into it. The channel measures 1/2" on all three sides and is 28" long with a string & tackle assembly attached to a 15 1/4" spring.
