I need to replace 6 balances. This look like this. Which one do I need and what else?

I have what looks like to be broken block and tackle rods for a window. I am trying to figure out what parts I need to replace the broken part or what else I can do to have the window working again.

see the enclosed photos of my side mount pivot bar, I didn't see anything like this on your web site, do you have anything like this? Mine are bent, I'm assuming because the window is so heavy. We took out the window and it weighs 41 pounds. So please let me know how much it would cost for (6) S7 ... (cont.)

Hello. I need to replace two balances and pivot shoes. My window is 14lbs. I believe I need part number S770-22 B but my balance depth is 1/2 inch (5/8 seems to be more popular) and I want to confirm which balance and pivot before I purchase. Can you help? Thank you.

Hi, this double hung vinyl window was manufactured circa 2002. The manufacturer was Merrimack Valley. They are no longer in business. Several of these pivot shoes have broken cams. I have Mastic windows I need two left side window spring balancers 2 left side spring balancers 4 screw plastic retainers

This is on a harvey window I need 2 of the white metal glides and one of the balance receiver. Also do you carry the plastic hoops for the screen

Do you carry the shoes shown in the attached photos? The one shown is right side, looking out the window. I will need both left and right. Thanks, Scott

The first photo shows a working slide. The second shows the broken slide. The gray piece that holds the anchor for the spring balance is gone.

Home built in 1996 and windows are original. Didn't see exact match on your site so wanted to know viable substitute.

Just bought this 2 family and most of the window do not stay open

Stamping on part is 23HD. Length: 24"; cross section is approximately 9/16" sq. The pictures show both ends of the removed balance that has a broken shoe and a picture of the other balance that is installed to show the full profile of the unbroken shoe.
