Good morning,The top sash on one of my probably close to 20-year-old Atrium vinyl replacement windows came crashing down one night in my tenant's apartment. Began Spring clean of windows. Issue on two so far. Noticed cracked parts for Tilt in and slide up/down. The house was built in2003 I think. Name on windows have the name old castle on them. They are bi-pass tilt windows. Thank you guys for your help.

Need help identifying the window pivot shoe pictured. It has the number 4610108 stamped on it but it looks like your item #15-216. It's not an exact match. The window is an obsolete Pacesetter vinyl window. The balance is stamped 30G. The sash weighs 80#.

This is for American Jewel window, 1500/1700 series, block and tackle balance system, window size 36 by 56 Frame 3 1/4" overall

I'm looking for the exact pivot shoe in this video. do you have one? I would like to purchase one. The spring is 21", but I only need the plastic pivot shoe Thank You !! Daryl

Broken pivot lock

Our windows have no identification on them. These were damaged by a window cleaner trying to tilt the windows. Also do I need additional parts with this replacement as I prefer to order at one timeI made looking for compatible parts for 4 windows.

Hi Swisco,Do you have the attached shoe in 1/2"? I purchased the 9/16 but they are too tight and the shoe does not travel easily up and down the casing.I also need to order a new casing. Do you have any idea who sells side jamb casings?ThanksDeb

I have a customer looking to get a pivot shoe for window in the attached pictures.

I am trying to replace a window shoe but can't do cut out method it is metal, need help with a cheap alternative to jam spreader. Also need new foots for the windows and identifying which ones I need. The one broke off inside and can't get out, but while trying it got pushed in and seems to be out o ... (cont.)

The tackle balance has a numbers on it. 24C (198 orB61)TK it is 24 inches long with a hook on the top spring side. The opposite side has a small metal piece that is tied on to a line and-connects to the tIlt block. I would need two tilt blocks and one tackle balance. Thank you.

I think it's the pivot shoe? What the window holds in to and guides the window.
