15-135 Pivot Locking Shoe, 1/2" Thick

This pivot shoe is from a PGT 2860 DH impact window. It measures 2" high 1.25" wide and 1/2" deep. There is no cut out in the channel so I would need to cut the vinyl track frame to remove the pivot shoe.

Looking for a pivot lock shoe for double hung from Lockheed Window (in RI, no longer in business). I had purchased item 15-179 thinking it could possibly be adjusted to fit the track - no luck though, too narrow to try.

The plastic casing on the left side looking out is broken. This is where the bottom sash is supposed to attach.

We have a renovated Brownstone house in Harlem, New York, and have a number of windows with broken balances and window tilt latches (I think that's what they're called). I'm looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe. The one I currently have is half inch thick. It is used in conjunction with the series 770 balance.

Stamping on part is 23HD. Length: 24"; cross section is approximately 9/16" sq. The pictures show both ends of the removed balance that has a broken shoe and a picture of the other balance that is installed to show the full profile of the unbroken shoe.

I need some shoes for this window. I have not had any luck trying to locate them. There is no brand marking on the window. My customer would like to be able to use the window. Thanks
