I'm looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe. The one I currently have is half inch thick. It is used in conjunction with the series 770 balance.

Stamping on part is 23HD. Length: 24"; cross section is approximately 9/16" sq. The pictures show both ends of the removed balance that has a broken shoe and a picture of the other balance that is installed to show the full profile of the unbroken shoe.

Hi, I'm not a professional. Just trying to fix windows at my house. It appears that this part in the groove in the photos, off-white, is what I need for two windows. I have a client who needs a pair of these balances for an older Mastic Vinyl Replacement window. Approximate frame size = 33 3/4 X 52 3/4.

I need some shoes for this window. I have not had any luck trying to locate them. There is no brand marking on the window. My customer would like to be able to use the window. Thanks

Need help identifying the window pivot shoe pictured. It has the number 4610108 stamped on it but it looks like your item #15-216. It's not an exact match. The window is an obsolete Pacesetter vinyl window. The balance is stamped 30G. The sash weighs 80#.

This is for American Jewel window, 1500/1700 series, block and tackle balance system, window size 36 by 56 Frame 3 1/4" overall
