Hi...I have "Weather Shield", Single-Hung windows. I need several, ~~12, new pivot shoes to replace some that are corroded or broken. (I watched your video! Great video on how to replace them! I need 2 balances but your list of options doesn't include S770-25F. Thats the number stamped on it. The sash weighs 28.6# I also need 2 pivot shoes. Thank you!Ken

This balance shoe needs to be replaced. The lock is OK, but the portion that secures the spiral does not hold the spiral effectively anymore. The spiral keeps popping out. I think it is because the plastic is worn or possibly broken near the top.

I believe this is a republic double hung window that was installed in 2007

I have double hung windows. The pane is 28 pounds. The existing channel balance is 24" long and is hooked on an opening below a screw hole (see picture 4). The screw hole is 1" above the opening, so do I get a 24" long replacement, or do I get a 25". Thanks

Hello, This is from a Starmark vinyl window by Okna installed in 2011. The problem started when I tilted the window to clean it. Now it is hard to lower the window completely. Is it possible to replace this part? Thank you! Terry

This pivot shoe is from a PGT 2860 DH impact window. It measures 2" high 1.25" wide and 1/2" deep. There is no cut out in the channel so I would need to cut the vinyl track frame to remove the pivot shoe.

I noticed the balance shoe was broken which the string is not disconnect from it. also the pivot bar is broken. Looking for a pivot lock shoe for double hung from Lockheed Window (in RI, no longer in business). I had purchased item 15-179 thinking it could possibly be adjusted to fit the track - no luck though, too narrow to try.
