15-135 Pivot Locking Shoe, 1/2" Thick

Attached you should find two photos of what I think is called "pivot lock shoe." I can find no markings on the pieces. They come from a double hung window installed in a new home built around 2006 - 2007. As best I can determine, the piece is approximately 2 inches tall and 1/2" deep, and 1 1/4" ... (cont.)

Looking to replace several pivot shoes that have deteriorated and broken apart (see attached photos of an intact pivot shoe). I have already identified the associated Pivot Bar part number and installed them as replacements (they work great, except, of course, in the windows with failed pivot sho ... (cont.)

I generated another post to identify the pivot shoe. This post is seeking assistance in identifying the channel balance. As you will see in attached photos, the balance housing is 31 inches long and about 1/4 inch wide. Thank you for your help.

I have 2 pictures shown. One is a pivot for a mastic window and I need 3 of those...and then I need 1 shoe. Can I get these from you?

My window is United window and door Series 800 DH/SL. You could see broken piece of metal that holds the balance rope.

The pivot shoes on my problem windows have a cam that is open on top when the sash is tilted out 90 degrees allowing you to remove the sash.
