Need to replace the weatherstrip on some screens

Weathers stripping for wood horizontal sliding window- it goes in the center where the two pieces bypass in the center the insert portion measures 3/16" . The overall width is 1/4" The two flaps stick out 1/8"

We believe this is a Kolbe door and we need to replace the weather strip on a few doors. Do you know what part is appropriate? Thanks

Approxiamately 1/2 inch vinyl tubing with a 1/8th inch channel lock.

bulb diameter approx 1/4 inch, total height from bottom of bulb to top of flat part = 1/2 inch
