Hi Swisco expert, I have a small single hung window in the bathroom with the coil balance system. These are the parts I took out. There is a coil attached to the assembly on top and a coil attached to the shoe at the bottom. Not sure if they were one coil broken into 2. There is no marking on the ... (cont.)

I am trying to identify this part. I don't know the manufacturer of the window. I included the only thing I could find on the window. Is there a left or right side? I need both. Overall measurements are 3 3/4 × 1 1/4

The metal circle part is broken on several of our windows. We were able the shoe and spring but need replacements for the shoe. Your website seemed to have one.

Alside double hung window. The coil balance broke on the left side jamb. Need recommendations on replacement part(s). I have seen a video on your site suggesting S152-7? Not sure if I need just the coil or if I should replace all components? Thank you.
