The tilt boot on the left side is broken. It appears the shoe and the spring balance are one unit I do not yet have jam spreaders to remove the unit so I see no markings.

We have been unable to determine the proper replacement parts to fix the balancer.

I need to get at least 2 of the above photos. The boot piece broke on the one I have. Can you please tell me what size I need to order Thank you

The part I have is 1/2 in width with a 1/2 inch opening for the lance spring cover peg. I need to order some of coil support balances.

These are broken on several of my windows. It's about 1 1/4 inches wide and 1.5 inches high, 2.5 inches high including the coil. Speaking of which, can the coil be reused? Also are there right and left versions or is the piece the same for both sides. Thanks

I have a bath room vinyl window that has 2 snapped coil balances. There are no visible identifiers on the shoe, the coil, or the coil cap(?). The shoe is blue and looks just like your part 15-177. I had no idea there were so many options. I bought the S140-7 and the shoe part is too small and doesn't even fit over the window piece.
