Hello, The coils on both sides of my window broke. These are pictures of the right side coil assembly. There is not a clear number stamped any where, but I think there is a 7 on the spring, but it also looks like upside down L D. It is the same for the left assembly, however the shoe is also bro ... Is it possible to tell from the picture what part this is?

Purchased S140-10 : 10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, Single, both left and right. Now realize I need to replace the male peg on the sash itself that seats into this.

Need complete balancer with a heavy duty stop carrier they are for a 21LBS double hung vinyl sash - existing balancer is 1 1/4 wide and 9/16 thick, was looking at your 11LB Series 140 Quick-Tilt, Dual S140-11 but it doesn't have the same covers with holes which I am missing Thanks for the help Vinc ... Looking for replacement part for my windows. I cannot find any marking on the windows itself!

I can't find this part and I'm not sure if it's left out right. I put it together two different ways so you can see the front and back so please help.

Aloha, Was looking to see if you sell replacement parts for our vynel windows?

Our window balance coil has broken into 2 pieces and we need to replace it. It has 6K stamped on it. Do you carry 6K or its equivalent?

Has "7"stamped on the coil. About 1 1/4" wide.About 1/2" deep. The coil broke .I want to replace all pieces , left and right, Please let me know. Thanks , Joe

The plastic casing of the coil balance broke and the coil unraveled and is on bottom of window see 20201201-142912 the place where it was supposed to be is viewed on 20201201-143018 the other side has the correct coil balance in place see 20201201-143041 the window sash weighs 16.6 lbs what parts d ...
