I need help to get 2 of these coil springs one of my windows the coils on both sides broke. The only number I can find is 10

Also, I am wondering if my existing coil spring stamped with the number 8 and 9...are equivalent of our replacement springs they are stamped as 8K and 9K. I have a set of "Pacesetter" vinyl windows from the mid-1980s. Various parts have broken, including what I'd call the coil retainer / cap. Photos attached. I have the above windows and most of the shoes are broken. A few coils are broke as well. I see my shoes are part 15-177 but the notes say to use coil 152-7. The sash weigh about 14 lbs each. Coil 152-7 does not look like it has the correct end. Could you check my work to make sure I'm correct? Is ... (cont.)

I have 4 windows that have this style regulator. The white item with 2 screws is new to me. There are letters from A-F on the sides and the #2. All the other windows have spiral type. I need one of these. The coil balance is 15-177 with a 6 lb 152 coil balance and also a 4 lb coil balance. could you give me a part number to order this piece in the picture also?? Thank you. John

Cool is stamped with #4 Pivot shoe 610CSB. Do you have replacement parts for this window?

I just used up my last 2 coil spring systems. I don't know why but one side of the windows coil is stamped 8k and the other side is stamped 7k. I don't know if I made the mistake years ago replacing them. Please advice... wouldn't it be better if both side were held up with 8k .. stronger. ... (cont.)

RSVP was the company that made the window. They are out of business. The pics show the broken latch (right side shown, left side is gone) and spring left side assembly that is cracked and not working.

Good morning! Only the bottom half of the window raises/lowers and tilts (single-hung?). The bottom half is 30 inches in length, and weighs 18 lbs. This coil balance looks to be an older model of one of your's, can you please assist me in identifying this.

Sash is 20 lbs. No markings - builder grade window. Shoe is broken. 1 1/4 x 1 3/8 shoe assembly. overall 2 1/2" tall. 9/16th thick

I am looking for the replacement coils for this vinyl window. The window has no labels on it but the glass panel is dated 1996. I noticed on the website that the coils themselves have markings on them. What's next.....looking for advice. Art
