Do you sell a concave roller that will work with .250 foam spline? I am rescreening Andersen 200 series window screens that came equipt with metal spline.

I just replaced a ripped screen on a garage door privacy screen door system. They use a hard (Plastic? Vinyl? PVC?) spline. On the bottom of the screen is a Number 1016 I would like to replace it with fiberglass screening no sure of the size to use?

Am trying to rescreen some 40+ year old Pella window screens. The largest spline material I can find is .175 and that is too small to fit in the goove. The existing spline is a metal product. Need a larger diameter spline AND the roller to use on it. PLEASE help!!!!

I have been trying to replace metal spline on Anderson screens but struggling. I think .250 is right (i have .230 just a bit too small). I don't want to end up with another pile of spline that wont work. Do you know if .250 or .270 is a better choice?
