Hi have some Kinco windows that I need parts for. I'd like to replace the balance tubes and the pivot shoes. Window sash weighs 20 pounds. The length of the tube portion of the balance is 28.5 inches. The diameter of the balance tube is 3/8". There is no color on the end of the tube. ... (cont.)

Spiral balance and pivot shoe difficulties
I have to replace the spiral balance and pivot locks on my single hung tilt windows. Beside these parts, it appears I am missing something from my window itself. I am trying to find replacement pivot shoe and pivot balance bar as well. The measurements of the pivot shoe is 2 inchs in length X 1 inch wide X 1/2 inch width.
