We need to replace the spiral balances and lock shoes on window purchased in 1997. We also will need an adjustment tool. A photo of the window sticker is attached. Please advise the parts required and thanks.

I think I need the Series 900 spiral balance. The tube on my existing balance is 33.75in. 3/8" diameter. Would that be the 34" Series 900? Window is a 30"x 69.25. Bottom sash weighs approximately 20lbs. Double hung tilt. Pics attached.

I have several vinyl replacement windows that have pivot lock shoes which have broken at the point that the spiral balance connects with them. My name is Larry and I work for Mr. Handyman of Northwest Austin. I have ordered parts from you in the past. The length is 30 3/8 inches tip to tip. Orange plastic piece at the Spiral exit of the tube. The letters KRAO are printed on the galvanized part of the spiral balance.

Recently purchased my 20 year old house. It has several tilt windows of which very few open and those that do are difficult.
