Good evening, Friend is moving into a new house, and there are 23 interior windows that have problems. I have some window latch springs that I was going to replace. Balances are a tiny bit shorter than 27" long, 5/8 in diameter, and have a blue tip. The white exterior is plastic and there is a plastic sheath around the coil inside. Thank you so much.

I am trying to figure out which one I have it's a spiral balance but that tube that was around. It was plastic and or disintegrated and it looks like a white tip and it's 30 inches.

My house was built in 1999 that has MW Twinseal Vinyl Double Hung Windows. MW Item#56546. The window balances are broke in one window. The picture in the window shows a number 5900SB. What is the part replacement that I need to replace both balances? Thank you, Dawn

We had 13 double hung Owens Corning fiberglass windows, model FDH, installed in 1995. The manufacturer no longer makes them and the installer is out of business. Looking for replacement spiral balances. Currently looking in to the Series 600, however, the tip length of the original is a concern. These are tilt windows and the original balance diameter is 3/8"
