I need help identifying each part in each photo that is attached. Both top and bottom windows need replacement parts for being held up and the metal foot that rotates the metal shoe.I believe this is the window brand logo, I can't find any identifying number or name for it

Confused about what replacement pieces I need to purchase. The left coil balance housing has a "13" marked on it, and the right side has a "14". I don't see a marking on the shoe.

Hello, I'm looking for Window coil balance with shoes and Bushings . I also need (2) pivot bars. The pivot bars have a stamping of 9862 on them and are three inches in length with two screw holes on each of them. Older home we just purchased, don't think windows had been opened in a very long time. When opened and tilted in to clean most of these were broken or broke when I tilted window.

Hello, I know I need a series 152 balance spring as it is a 1/2 inch wide. I'm not so sure on the weight size as the springs only have an E stamp on them both top and bottom window springs. I weighed the windows, and the bottom window is 16lbs and the top is 13lbs. I included a photo of the sticker ... (cont.)

The metal part of the pivot shoes on the window. I think they are Mezzo windows installed within the last two years.

Please let me know if the images are enough to determine the parts necessary to make repairs.
