Hi, my coil balance is broken and I need to know what part to replace it with. Can you please help?

I have a 3660 window dual hung. The sash tabs the go into the tension part for the balancing broke. I can't find a make of this window. Please help

This coil balance is for an Alside Excaliber CT ETC double-hung window. Spring width is 0.5". There is a code "8K" stamped near the lower attachment end. Is a #152-8 coil balance correct for this window? Thanks!

Hi. I can't a pivot bar carrier with the same dimensions as the picture above or the pivot bar. Can anyone help me out please. I've tried the pivot bars and carries 26-398, 26-405, 26-237, and 26-236 but none match hole placement in my windows.

Hello, the coil is broken but i see the plastic is cracking as well so thinking to replace the whole assembly on both sides. The brown coil is pretty worn, has either 6 or 9 written on it can't tell which side is up. Also there is 16 written on the outside of plastic case. Hope this helps. Thank you ... (cont.)

The pivot bar on the window is part number 26-226 and need the left and right pivot lock shoes and the springs that are used on the same window.

The window is double hung, There is a C L marked on the spring by where it's screwed into the plastic. One side of the window the pivot point is broken

Please provide instructions on replacing shoes.Also please provide part number for the correct shoe. Thank youWayne

Short coil has a C on it. Long coil has a CL on it. Sash is vinyl with thermal pane approximately 26" by 33"
