Hello, Are you able to tell me what shoe I need for my Alside windows? They were installed in 2000 or 2001. I have not taken it apart yet so do not have an out of window picture. I know the depth is 1/2". I am not sure about the width or height yet, but can figure those out if needed. Thank yo ... (cont.)

I have a number of shoe balances that are broken in that I cannot attach the sash to them. This is causing a guillotine effect for a few windows. I need help identifying them. They are all the same as the attached photos.

Window doesn't stay up. Needs the same part.

I need some information on how to order these parts for the window.The window sash weighs 14 pounds and I would like to order both sides of the window side Coil and top and bottom pieces.

This shoe measures 1.250 wide by 1.500 high and 9/16 thick.

I see a picture of the woman holding the part that looks like the one I need, but I can't find the part on your site. Could you tell me the part number so I can order some of these. See attached picture.

hello,my double hung window has a broken balance coil, not sure about the shoe.Windows got installed by Sears back in 2018, they appear to be Aiside windows.The weight of the sash is 13 lbs

looking to replace the whole setup, coils, bushings, shoes, etc. as well as the tilt latches for the top of the sash. coils have 7K printed on them and are 1/2" wide. I believe it is the 7lb series 152, but want to confirm, as well as the rest of the parts i will need. thanks!

Attached are 3 photos of the broken # 7 coil and its housing(?) from the right side of the window. The other 2 photos are of an existing not broken coil and housing from the left side. Good afternoon, We are looking to identify the pictured window parts needed to repair a few windows here at Greene Meadow Apartments. The only number visible is on the coil and it says "5 K". We can't find any numbers on the window itself either. Any help is appreciated.
