Balancer from double hung windows. Window brand was EPI (Empire Pacific Windows) Looking to replace broken parts

Couldn't find one

Need the entire part if available, not just the coil

its a window installed by window world,series 4000 double hung

Looking for a replacement part for the first picture.

Need 2 sets of all of the parts shown for Champion vinyl double hung. The sash is 18 inches high by 32 inches wide with insulated glass. Not sure how that equates to the coil pounds. Thank you. Don

Trying to figure out which coil balance this could be. These are all the pics that I have.

MFR: KOI-2 Looking to find balances for both upper and lower sash including pivot bars. Upper sash may also need tip out latches at the top.

I need coils for a lower sash that is 30" high. Can you make a recommendation from this picture? Thanks. Tom
