I got a window installed in 2006 the two coil balance are broken. The window is from US Windows Factory (out of business) Window sash measurements are 32 1/2" x 27 1/4". i need left and right sides , there are no markings or stamps on any of the parts, the shoe is 1 1/4 wide and 1 1/2 height, the coil is 3/4 diameter and 1/2 inch wide. i will need left and right shoes 2 coils. these are double hung vinyl windows. the window was made and installed by a company ca ... Window won't stay up. Balance springs are working because when I unscrewed the balance spring it sprung down. These stoppers keep falling and won't hold the window up.

The white metal cams in my part 15-177 are always breaking. Is there a replacement part with a plastic cam that I can use in place of it.

My windows won't stay up. The pivot lock shoe is intact. The problem is the sash pivot bar comes out of the metal cam. Do I need to chance the bar, the cam, or everything? Please help Nancy

Need assistance in selecting appropriate hardware. Repairing Durette window(defunct) Shoe bears the following Id. :550CSB. Measures: 1 1\4" wide x 1 1\2" long x 1\2" thick. Please advise. Your help will be greatly appreciated

The coil balance is just under 2-1/2" and I think it's part #15-177. My boss wanted to send the coil in to see how much weight it holds. We’re not sure. It’s 1/2" wide. Also, the pivot bar is shorter than the pivot bar I found on your website. The pivot bar I’m trying to order is 2-11/16" l ... (cont.)

Need to find the part included in the pic. I do not know the window manufacturer. Dimensions that I calculated are an 1 1/4 wide by 9/16 deep by 1 5/8 tall. Windows are vinyl double hung tilt in.

I have Alside Excalibur windows. The coil balance has broke on both jambs. I can not find a weight etched on the coil. The only thing that is on it is a lower case k.
