Truth 31761A caster do you have this caster. I want this caster, not a knockoff. What is the cost and shipping to SC 29910? Timing?

Subject: Norco (made by Jen Welder) aluminum clad sliding patio doors. Center doors open. I need caster replacements for one of the doors. Can you specify the correct caster? The doors are 18 years old. The door thickness is 1 3/4".

Gorell Series 6000 (found on reciept). There is a sticker on the door which has these codes NRFC: GOE-K-28-00004-00 / PR2700 /

Roller wheels 1 1/4 . mounting hole to mounting hole centers 5 3/4 . total length 6 1/4 . Stainless preferred but will take steel if all you have . I will need two assemblies.

Hi, I spoke with Tim on the phone and he told me the Truth 31761 roller assembly pictured should be replaced with the 81-018. My question is do you carry the plastic rail part that the rollers fit into that is held in place by the rollers in the bottom of the door?

I ordered part 81-018 on order 1462356 from you and they 1/8 tool tall. The first picture shows your part on the top and the original on the bottom. We retracted the rollers as far in as we could. Is there another tandem roller that is not as tall?

Part 81-018 is what I need. I see it also comes in a stainless steel version. What does the stainless steel get you over the regular metal part? Do the roller wheel bearings last longer?

In looking at all of the rollers I have become more confused than before I started. I guess its between 81-018 and 81-182. I beleive my rollers are 1 1/2 so that would lead to 81-182. Would like your thoughts, I am also thinking of adding the replace roller guide or channel. If so how will that impa ... (cont.)
