81-020 Sliding Door Roller, 1-1/2" Concave BB Wheel

I have not been able to find any lables, mfr or numbers on the doors. We are in south FL and the house was built in 2004

I would like to replace these with high-quality stainless steel roller bearings with you have something compatible.

My local repair shop quoted me a replacement with a tandem wheel. My door has a single wheel. I ordered 81-093 which appears to be a virtually identical part and should slide in nicely. From what I can tell, there is plenty of room to slide a longer housing in, like one that would use a tandem wheel ... (cont.)

Attached shows the assembly together and broken apart with measurements. It is marked D-1105 but the measurements do not match the images another user submitted and it looks a little different than his.

The roller appears to be 1.5 inches dia and the housing looks like 5/8" in width.The housing length appears to be 3.00" with a height of about 1.75". Notice the retaining nubs that are on the side to position it in place.

I purchased four of the 81-261 roller assembly. It does not quite fit since it is 1 5/8 high and it turns out I need 1 9/16. I looked at 81-245 and it has the right dimensions, but is plastic rather than steel. Also these other 2 have the adjustment screw on top rather than the middle of the assembl ... (cont.)

The door manufacturer is ESP of FLA. The door unit is 13-14 years old. The housing is 2 1/4" long, 1 1/2" high and 3/4" wide (at its widest point). The roller is 1 9/16" in diameter. I am in need of a pair of these rollers. Thank you

Please assist in identifying the 2 rollers needed to repair the single pane glass door (1 of 3 sliders). There is no nomenclature tag anywhere in the primary door or anywhere on the door frame. Door is about 22 years old. No marking or named to identify manufacturer. I got on roller assembly out intact which is in the photo. I can't find thus in any of the pictures on your website
