I currently have this handle 82-002. i have added a handle on the inside that fits the screw pattern and sits on top of the unit. i would like to add a physical handle on the outside as well instead of the current finger pull. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Good morning, I am in Wisconsin visiting from out of state and my mother-in-law has a broken handle to her slider. It has DNS Industries on the inside of the locking device and I think it is 6-3/8ths. With the door handle missing the frame has a gap in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ... (cont.)

DNS Industries 13/23 outside pull standard 16 inside pull standard John

I figured out what part broke but don't think my fix will hold long. Only wording says 'DNS Industries 12 inside pull -Standard' on the latch side and ' DNS Indistries 11 outside pull - standard' in the other piece

It looks like the teeth are gone. Can't get them back from inside the door. I need some help in buying a new placement but I need the right part.

The sliding door mechanism that you use to open, close and lock the door does not work anymore. I think I have this lock at my sliding door (see pictures) and its not working now. Actually the grapping hook is not working. (1) Is there any other lock for the same opening with stronger grapping arrangement? I don't need the lock but want stronger grapping?

trying to replace with an exterior locking handset. Mortise opening is 7-1/8 x3/4. Door depth is 7/8 inch. Lock opening on side is 5/8 x 1-3/8. Does separate purchase handle interfere with key lock?

82-002 This product seems to be an exact fit for a customer's door. Unfortunately, his door is 2 inches thick, so the cylinder and hook bolt don't reach where they need to.

There is no information that I could find anywhere on the door. The inside locking mechanism is broken; won't lock onto the catch that's on the door frame. Anyway of matching this up, or know where I can purchase a replacement? Thanks! Angie
