Sliding glass door mortise assembly. Can't find anywhere

The issue is the latch mechanism, inside it is worn out. The last time I took it apart, it wouldn't go back together. There are no labels to tell who made the door. I'll send the pics in an e-mail.

Sorry, it is 5 inches between the screws holes. The patent for the Canadian # 919213 says 1973. The part I ordered is # 82-020. The screws are to short and smaller diameter, as ours are 2 3/4. We purchased the door in 1983. The patent number for US is 3596954. Can you advise and also email me a r ... (cont.)

It says 919213 on the handle - I would like a whole new handle kit . The nail holes look to be about 4 inches apart.
