Help please. Need the locking mechanism/Door latch for SGD-R25

PAT.NO. 3596954 i need the whole piece.

this has a wooden handle that is 11" and outside aluminum handle that is 6 1/4". the inside portion has the latch lever coming out of the right side of the mount. The latch is a hook style and insert is about 4 1/4" as shown in pictures.

The locking mechanism is faulty. When you move the lever, the latch sometimes moves and sometimes does not. Using WD-40 on the part did not fix the problem and made it worse. The house was built in 1987. Can you provide a replacement part?

Ok part number 82-263 looks exactly the same as in my pictures so I assume it will work? Will part number 82-020 Work with that mortise lock also? Also I want 82-306 to make it lock. Will all this work together and do you have a kit for all this? Thanks Alan

Wondering if you have a replacement for the attached photos, patio door handle and hardware. The handle is marked with a K K (see photo). The holes are 4 (or probably 3 15/16") on centers. Thank you.

I need a replacement lock for my patio door. Best guess is the door/lock are original equipment on the home, so about 20 years old. The only marking I see is "DNS" stamped on the side of the lock mechanism. I have included some pictures for reference. Thank you Jim

home built in 1975, Ive tried several handles without success. screw spacing is 3 3/8" as shown in photos. Mortise latch inside with 45 deg keyhole located on lower end of screw spacing. thank you for any help.
