Lever is not working smoothly and doesn't always engage. There is a tiny spring on the mortise that appears to have broken at one end? Does the 82-033 go with the 82-211 mortise latch? The diagram for the 82-033 shows the outside handle height as 7 3/8 inches. The inside of my handle is 7 3/8 inches, but the outside is 6 inches or 65 1/8 inches tall.

I'm looking for a replacement handle for this door.

The part 82-033 is not what expected to receive.I need the whole locking mechanism not just the handles.Maybe I did not order the correct part or am I missing parts?This is what I am trying to replace.
