I have an older Andersen slider and the latch is getting loose. Can you tell me which this is and do you have it in stock. I only need the thumb latch but included the photo with handle and latching mechanism in case it helps identify the thumb lock. Thanks a million Mike

The thumb latch broke on my 200 series Permashield Andersen sliding door. I unscrewed the latch plate and removed it. The parts shown fell out when I did so. I also pulled out the reachout lock. I left the adjustable lock receiver in place. I'm not sure what to purchase to fix this. Can you he ... (cont.)

Hello, i?m really not sure what I need to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated! No key for the lock (i?m not sure if the mechanism inside where the lever was, is broken so happy to replace that whole piece). The slit on the side of the door is 4 1/4?. Thank you!

Lever that locks door broke off.

It sounds like you may be referring to our 82-043 Andersen tribeca thumb latch. However, I can't be sure if this is what you're referring to without seeing photos of your hardware. If you can reply back to us showing some photos of the pieces you're referring to, I am sure we will have more answers ... (cont.)
