Wondering which lock is similar to this to replace in my andersen door as my latch broke.

I received the replacement lock and it fit perfectly. The only challenge is my old lock has this slot toward the bottom. What is this? The door plate has a prong that hits this opening in the old door lock. How can I address this issue?

I have an old anderson mortise sliding glass door latch (maybe about 2001) the part numbers are 2573558 and 2573562. I also broke the turn flip to lock and unlock. Please advise on the replacement parts I need.

I can't seem to locate manufacturer of the sliding door. It appears there's a spike like piece the when the door closes, presses a piece on lock, which in turn allows the knob to turn entirely and lock. Hope that makes sense. Thank you!

Broker the lock on sliding glass door. Its older Anderson door, lock number is 2573558. Looks like the replacement part on your site is 82-037?
