Hi, I bought a house with a sliding door that is missing the lock's latch holder. I have included pictures to explain the missing piece. Please let me know the part number so I can buy this part for my door. I hope I don't have to buy both pieces. Thanks Hassan

The latch is loose on my sliding door. I want to replace the latch and lock on my Anderson Model PS510R sliding door. What will I need to order to do this project?

Replacement lock size

My latch broke -- the internal part that secures the locking mechanism. From what I saw in the video, I only need the latch part. However, the description says "Keep in mind that the reason why these thumb locks normally break is because the internal mortise needs to be replaced as well, not throu ... (cont.)

When the lock is in the locked position it can be opened about 1/4 inch. Is this normal and if not, how can it be corrected? Thankyou!

Please help me identify this part. The lock and handle are separate parts. It's just the handle that controls the lock.

on back of plate it reads BB made in china, plate screw holes are about 2.5 to 2.75 inches apart. plate measures 4 inches. please let me know at your earliest convenience if you need more info. thank you this is an andersen lock

Hi, Just purchased this home. Sliding glass door is missing the twist knob for the latch and its cover plate (as pictured). Could not find any stickers or marking to identify the the door manufacturer. Can you help identification and parts needed for the repair? Regards

The latch on our sliding Anderson door is broken. The receiving side of the latch slides down (see pic #1 compared to pic #2) and does not allow the door to latch properly. How do we fix this?
