My lock for my Anderson sliding door is jammed. The numbers on the part read 2573558 and 7700-14. I noticed it slightly different then some of the other posts. What part number do I need?

I have issue with latch lever. If I move the lever to more than 30 degree angle, I will not be able to lock the door. To lock the door I need to manually move the locking mechanism such a way that it is slightly below the catcher in the frame and latch around 30 degree. After that I am able to lock ... (cont.)

Hi! Last night, the door lock latch (not sure what it's called) broke off of the door lock part of our sliding glass door. Hi I need both parts. The latch is 3 1/8 in total height with screw spacing 2 5/8 center to center. The catch has the number 7700-16. Both are about 1995 vintage. Can you help?

I need to replace two of our thumb latches. The "thumb" part is extremely loose on one door and loose and no longer latches on the other. The part # 82-049 looks identical but I am measuring 3 1/8" top to bottom and 2 1/2" screw to screw. (A little smaller than the shown measurement) I don't know wh ... (cont.)

Handle and lock broke looks like an AW

I can't find a name of this door that was installed new about 20 years ago. It has only an inside lock handle, which broke, nothing on the outside. It is a slider.
