Bearings fell out years ago hard to turn the last year. Thumb crank came off tonight. The parts that hook into the receiver on the stationary parts inside the door seems okay. I have an older ( pre 86 ? ) Anderson Patio Door and the Thumb Latch seems as if it's going to break off at any time... Do I need just the Thunb Latch or is the internal locking mechanism going bad as well ? Which Model #'s might these be ??? I believe it's an old reachout lock

This is in a house we are renting. The lock is falling apart and it seems to get jammed. I have no idea what the part number is. The screws are basically stripped so I can't remove it from the door. Any help?

Hi, i am looking for a lockset for a sliding glass door, i acquired a cottage which was fitted with all Andersen windows and doors in 1985. I don't care even if it's the same color. the only numbers on the door are 9 84 which i assume is the manufacture date. Thank you Alex

Does just the thumb latch come w/ this or does it come w/ the silver guts (reach out deadlock) that runs down the side of the door come with it also?
