Thumb latch is broken. Just replace that or do I need to replace reach out dead lock assembly as well.

Where can I find this replacement? Do I need to replace the whole mechanism? Thanks, Tom

I broke the handle off the Anderson sliding door which operates the lock/latch. We didn't remove it because it's a main exit and if we can't put it back our house wouldn't be safe. We are using a screw driver to lock and unlock itThank you!Carol
