This is an older handle with a latch type lock. I could not find any brand name or part number on it. Measurement of the handle from top to bottom is about 9.5 inches. The latch moves in various positions using the lever. It's currently mounted on the door, but the keeper is missing, so i am unable ... (cont.)

Thanks for posting. From these pictures the 82-218 looks like a good place to start, but I ultimately can't be sure without seeing the front of the mortise lock, or knowing the dimensions.
