Hello, The latch of my patio sliding door lock broke and I haven't been able to find the part to fix it or lock set that is that size, keyed on outside, and latch inside anywhere. PLEASE HELP!!!

I accidentally threw away a sliding patio door strike plate/keeper and 4 long screws, following the removal of a patio panel dog door.
