The handle was loose. My husband and I tried to fix it and didn't do a good job. The screws became bent and my handyman says the white handle screw holes have been stripped. Looking for locking mechanism for 2004 Napco Sliding Patio door purchased through Great Lakes Window. They no longer have these parts and the photo Of the lock attached is too large to fit the door hole. The original lock broke and fell into the door so photo is not available.

Patio door has no manufacturer. I suspect atrium made it because all the windows were made by atrium.

Hello The "old" inner lock piece of the Swiss patio key lock currently does not match the new lock I purchased. It states on the parts page that it is not included so Please let me know how I can obtain this part also. Thank you.

Screw holes are approximately 4 inches apart. There doesn't appear to be any internal hardware. Just handles on the outside. Any help you can provide Is much appreciated.
