82-218 Mortise Lock, Round Face, 3-11/16"

I am looking for a replacement door lock/handle for an old door. I am unable to identify the brand. The door is 1 and 3/4 inches wide and the handle holes are 5 and 1/2 inches.

This mortise is 1-18" thick, 3-9/16 hole to hole, 7/8" from 45.deg angled hole to face. Please try to locate/ identify this mortise for my old slider. It needs only a small spring, but I can't find either. Thank you!

I would like to replace this handle with an outside keyed set. I cannot find any markings are numbers. It is a 3 15/16" hole center to center spacing What options do I have?

Hi, I have a white IWC sliding glass door with a broken lock. I can't find mortise hardware on your site that matches exactly. Please help. The entire unit measures 6 1/2" x 5/8". There is 3 5/8" between the screws. The smaller unpainted portion is 3 1/4" x 1/2". Thanks, Russ
