In April this year I purchased a sliding door handle set , part number 82033. Has worked fine until a couple of days ago. Problem now is when you lift the latch to unlock the door, that latch piece will retract into the door, but when you shut the door and try to latch it, the piece that holds the ... (cont.)

Added a sliding patio door to an out building that has no outside lock. need to replace with keyed lock. Existing handle has 4" centers. I think 82-261 may work but looks like the picture shows inside handle faces left. Might not clear? Existing inside handle 'faces' right

Hi I need a left pull set ( handles only )with total handle height of 8" and width is 1" The lock handle is inside. The inside pull is rounded but the outside pull is a straight handle. I hope the photo worked Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you

My lock is malfunctioning. The pics show what I have. The lock mechanism that's inserted into the door is my priority. If you have the handles I'll take those also. Sliding glass door handle broke but I believe we need an entire new handle and mechanism because the new handles won't fit.

Need locking hardware AND a handle set for this old slider. 82-226 appears (to me) to be right choice but i cant gage the door handle?? Currently installed handle was never meant for this door. See holes. Inner holes are 1 1/2" apart and smaller outer holes 3 15/16 apart. Thoughts? ... (cont.)

Is the above sticker enough to identify an appropriate replacement handle for my sliding glass door? My latch on my sliding door doesn't go up and down all the time and if it does it doesn't catch the hook on the opposite side to lock.

Hello, Per the attached photos, do you have a replacement handle in stock that matches what I have?

The latch mechanism has broken - not sure if we should replace just the latch or the entire handle. This is not a keyed set. I found the Legacy Handle which looks like a perfect fit except for the placement of the latch. Ours is in the center of the handle versus toward the bottom screw. ... (cont.)
