82-226 Mortise Lock, 4-5/8"

please see the picture. All on the pictures are OK. I just need lost all the parts on the door frame.

The latch of this mortise lock no longer works properly. It's from a marvin trimline patio door that I installed in 1996. Your part #82-226 looks to be an exact replacement. The faceplate is 3/4" wide and the mounting holes are 4 5/8" apart. Thanks, Peter

I have a SGD R35 72x80 sliding door which appears to have an 82-226 latch. The door does not have a keeper and there are not any holes in the frame. What do you recommend for a keeper? THank you, Scott

I cannot find any markings on this mortise lock installed into my sliding patio door. The metal hook that locks the door to the wall does not work using the lever (I think a spring is broken on the inside). I don't want to take the mortise lock out until I have a new replacement. I need to order a replacement part of this inner sliding glass door lock.

DNS stamped on side of lock. This is an internal lock, in other words it does not have a key. The locking mechanism is worn out. Need replacement part.

Thank you for your prompt response, there are no identifying numbers or any information on the handle. The problem with the handle is the inside latch does not fully move up or down . There is 4 inches btwn the 2 screws. I hope that helps you Thank you, Kathy K
