I'd like to replace this 'dummy' type handle set with one that will work with the operable locking latch feature of the hardware mortises into the door. On the door itself, there is a latch that usually extends and catches the door jam piece and that is no longer happening. Feels like something is broken inside the door mechanism.

I think these are 82-089 and 82-226. I'd like to confirm my search matches. In particular, I'm don't know if the finish of the latch matches what I see online. Also, the latch broke, so hopefully that is included with the handle.

Good Morning. Is there any way to get the center to center distance for the mounting screws that affix the lock body to the faceplate? My customers current lock does not use a face plate and his CxC measurements are 3 15/16". Your part # is 82-226

The lever on the sliding glass door handle will not stay in the down (locked) position. I am quite sure I need to replace the locking mechanism. This slider door handle seems in good shape but the locking mechanism no longer works I think there's a little spring that may have broken?
