The door handle on my interor sliding glass door is broken. There is a locking lever just under the handle plate. Info. CAN/CGSB-12-1M ANSI Z-97-1. 1984 SGCC 16CFR1201. 1/80 GOC 250. 60123303

My patio door lock does not engage anymore. The spring mechanism is no longer working. I am looking for a replacement.

Good Morning. Is there any way to get the center to center distance for the mounting screws that affix the lock body to the faceplate? My customers current lock does not use a face plate and his CxC measurements are 3 15/16". Your part # is 82-226

Hi, this one broke off and we don't have the broken part with us (to have it as a reference atleast), and I needed help to find the part needed for it. Also, do I have to replace the whole lock, or just the thumb turn? Thanks in advance!

The lever on the sliding glass door handle will not stay in the down (locked) position. I am quite sure I need to replace the locking mechanism. This slider door handle seems in good shape but the locking mechanism no longer works I think there's a little spring that may have broken?

I unfortunately do not have any photos of the lock body removed, any help you're able to provide is appreciated.
