Hi, We seem to be missing the lock portion of the handle on our sliding glass door. I just want to replace the lock on the handle, or do we have to replace the entire handle? Thanks, Hayley

I have a sliding glass patio door that is missing its lock and handle. The marking between the glass is SNE. The lock opening is 6 1/8" long and 3/4"wide. The distance between screw holes of the lock is 5 1/4". Do you have a lock and handle to fit?

Hi I need the complete set in brown. 3 15/16 screw holes and 7 3/8 for outside mount. 82-035 is correct? Uses swisco 82-227 lock for sure. Question .... will 82-035 mortise hook work with 82-227 lock?

These doors were installed in 1999. Lock is wearing out and sometimes does not engage to lock the door. Can you help with replacement?

I recently bought a part from you guys it was a turning lever, part # 82-106 I thought that would solve the problem because that was missing. Looks like you have a lock set (82-227) that fits my measurement but the lock hook faces up and mine faces down.From the outside, the door opens to the right. There are no manufactures identification anywhere on the door or jamb. Thanks, Joe Harwinton Home Improvement

The stem between the lever and the key plug broke into two pieces. I also need to replace the internal lock because it is malfunctioning (which I believe caused the stem to break). Thank you for any assistance you can give.

The 82-218 latch appears to be the exact replacement for my sliding glass door , which I have actually located in San Antonio Tx, BUT my latch has a extra escutchion type part that fits around the oval part of the latch and over the monting holes of the latch.
