I've received the items I ordered, but am having a hard time figuring out how they go together. The latch has the black lever handle and the black round thing that goes into the plastic part that's on the back of the handle, but the part that I think that goes into the brass lock area has a black ... I need to replace the lock as when I took it off the plastic item was cracked in half. It was loose and I was going to add wood filler, but it won't help if it's broken. I don't want a keyed lock. June Rubicuski

I believe I have a 14 year old Kinco sliding door. I need to replace the handle and lock with a lock setup that can be locked or unlocked with a key. I have a Hurd Sliding Door made after 1993. I attached a photo of the mortise lock and the handle plate brace. The handle and lock on handle appear ok, but I believe the mortise lock is broke. Is 82-211 the best replacement? The lock is 3/4 inch thick. Thank you!

Hi, I have an IWC sliding glass door with a mortise lock and black pull handles. The latch action is not consistent, so it does not always catch when locking with the key. I have a sliding glass patio door that is missing its lock and handle. The marking between the glass is SNE. The lock opening is 6 1/8" long and 3/4"wide. The distance between screw holes of the lock is 5 1/4". Do you have a lock and handle to fit?

Hi I need the complete set in brown. 3 15/16 screw holes and 7 3/8 for outside mount. 82-035 is correct? Uses swisco 82-227 lock for sure. Question .... will 82-035 mortise hook work with 82-227 lock?

These doors were installed in 1999. Lock is wearing out and sometimes does not engage to lock the door. Can you help with replacement?
