I am sending this to see if this part can be replaced on a wood sliding door. The only markings on it is "DN" The person that is requesting this info is a contractor. I am just sending the picture and request for information.

no markings found on this hardware,i do have installation instruction for this lock indicating the lock could be #2300 or #2320 mortise lock . not sure which one it is . any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi. The latch part of our lock on our sliding glass door broke. The only identification on the latch says DNS Miami,Fl. It measures 6 1/8" from top to bottom. I am only finding parts that measure 6 5/8 inches or closer to 3 inches. Am I measuring wrong? We don't want to replace the whole handle if w ... (cont.)

I need a replacement lock for my patio door. Best guess is the door/lock are original equipment on the home, so about 20 years old. The only marking I see is "DNS" stamped on the side of the lock mechanism. I have included some pictures for reference. Thank you Jim

I lost the lever that locks/unlocks the door. I need to purchse product code 82-227 with the 45 degree lever hole but I need the lever as well and I lost it with the broken mortise locking mechanism. Do you sell the 45 decgree lever to go with this lock

My 3 panel sliding glass door is a PPG Herculite K. Part No. 16CFR1201 C11. The latching system is broken. Further, while removing it a second time to take it to Home Depot for part ID, the system dropped down inside the door so I can not access it at all. (ok with me). I need a new one, please. ... Which lock/handle do you recommend to replace this lock in which someone enlarged the opening incorrectly. I am able to enlarge the lock opening slightly to get a larger lock to fit. Thanks, Larry
