The slit is 3 and half inch long and quarter to an inch wide where the lock is fitting. Need a lock with key.

I I would like some hardware that is just like that or close enough that it would fit but I need one that is locking or a key lock from the outside

This is a right pull handle set in off-white, maybe almond. The mounting screws are 3 & 15/16" apart. I am looking for a quality replacement preferably without the locking linkage mechanism.
