I do not know what type of sliding door I have but I wanted to add a key lock to my sliding door. It would seems that part #82-315 would be the best fit. Can you confirm by the picture, if this would work. Thanks Mike

I have just purchased a home that has Jeld Win patio door. I want to see if there is a way for me to replace a normal patio door handle to a keyed patio door handle.

While installing the lock I snapped off the adjustable locking rod two marks too short. Any ideas on how I can fix that problem? Thanks.

Good evening, Please find attached a picture of my interior lock. I would like to add an external lock but do not know what parts I need. The measurements are 3 7/8" and 1 3/8" if that helps.

The longest screws in the kit are 1 1/4". Far from any length that would be close to suitable. The actuator itself is too long, requiring grinding or cutting to be able to make this functional. I just bought your 82-315 Keyed Lock and Housing, along with a mortise, secondary lock, and handle set. It seemed to install well, but when I turn the key on the outside, I can't remove the key from the door. I can only return the key to the unlocked position, from the outside. Is it the part's ...
